By installing it on rotating equipment, balance correction can be achieved in just one minute! Complete automation is also possible through external control.

■ The non-contact communication method supports balance correction at high rotation speeds (up to 9000 RPM). The non-contact gap is 2.0mm ± 0.5mm (Max 3mm). ■ With the gap monitor function, the non-contact gap can be displayed on the controller via an indicator, making gap monitoring easy. ■ Operation is one-touch! The numerical display allows for standardization of work, enabling anyone to maintain high precision balance. Balance correction can always be monitored numerically. ■ Not only can it balance grinding wheels, but it also allows for integrated balancing including mechanical components, extending the lifespan of grinding wheels and reducing the burden on mechanical and shaft systems.
